Available by the side (1/2 beef), split side (1/4 beef), or retail cuts.
Custom cuts available for 1/4 beef (split side) or more.

There is a $100 deposit required on 1/4 or 1/2 Beef.

Whole Beef $5.50 per pound  usually around 400# of meat  $200 deposit
1/2 Beef (side)

$5.65 per pound

 usually around 200# of meat  $100 deposit
1/4 Beef (split side)

$6.00 per pound

 usually around 100# of meat  $100 deposit

Lamb Cuts Available

Available by the whole lamb, half lamb, or retail cuts.
Custom cuts available for half lamb or more.

Bulk Lamb prices
There is a $50 deposit required on Whole or Half Lamb.

Whole Lamb       $7.00 per pound  usually around 40# of meat   $50 deposit
Half Lamb          $7.50 per pound  usually around 20# of meat   $50 deposit


Individual Lamb Cut prices

January 2012 - The cuts listed below are what you can expect from a lamb.
We will only have HALF and WHOLE lambs available for 2012.

 
Lamb Burger      approx. 1# per pkg.
Lamb Chops      each pkg. is a little less than a pound
Lamb Stew Meat    approx. 1# per pkg.
Lamb Shoulder Steak    approx.  1.8 - 2.0# per pkg.
Lamb Shoulder Roast      approx. 4.6# per roast
Leg of Lamb (bone-in)      approx.  5.3# per leg roast
