Custom cuts available for 1/4 beef (split side) or more.

We will contact you to confirm your order and availability.

There is a $100 deposit required on 1/4 or 1/2 Beef.

1/2 Beef (side)		$5.65 per pound	usually around 200# of meat $100 deposit
1/4 Beef (split side)		$6.00 per pound	usually around 100# of meat $100 deposit

Available by the whole lamb, half lamb, or retail cuts.
Custom cuts available for half lamb or more.

Bulk Lamb prices
There is a $50 deposit required on Whole or Half Lamb.

Whole Lamb		$6.50 per pound	usually around 40# of meat $50 deposit
Half Lamb		$7.00 per pound	usually around 20# of meat $50 deposit

Lamb Burger	$ 7.00 per pound	approx. 1# per pkg.
Lamb Chops	$ 7.00 per pound	each pkg. is a little less than a pound
Lamb Stew Meat	$ 8.00 per pound	approx. 1# per pkg.
Lamb Kabob Meat	$ 8.00 per pound	approx. 1# per pkg.
Lamb Shoulder Steak	$ 9.00 per pound	approx. 1.8 - 2.0# per pkg.
Lamb Shoulder Roast	$ 8.00 per pound	approx. 4.6# per roast
Leg of Lamb (bone-in)	$ 9.00 per pound	approx. 5.3# per leg roast
